1. What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, business name, city and region.
• Brand assets: your logo, colours and font choice.
• Login details: your username and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Store activity: orders and requests placed through your store.
• Basic technical data needed to serve the site.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to create and run your store, show your branding, process logins, display your orders, bill your subscription, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Where it is stored

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (hosting). Payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe, which processes card details directly. We do not store full card numbers.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your store's branding. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Third parties we rely on

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing (when billing is enabled).

Each has its own privacy practices for the data it handles on our behalf.

6. Keeping data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your store and personal data after a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do that, email us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

KTeC is a business tool and is not intended for children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service grows. Significant changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
